INFORMATION
AND RESERVATIONS
You can request information or reserve an accommodation in several ways:
1) sending us an e-mail
2) filling out the on-line Reservation Form
3) calling us
4) Booking on line using our safe and secure server (with credit card).
This option is available only for the accommodation in Palermo.
If you choose options 1, 2 or 3, and
the accommodation is available and if you accept our proposal and want
to confirm your reservation request, you must pay the deposit within
48 hours (see Payments).

PAYMENTS
A nonrefundable deposit of 20% of the total cost of your accommodation
must be paid in advance. We accept credit cards (VISA, Eurocard MasterCard),
bank transfers, checks or international money orders. Upon receipt of
your deposit, we will send you a confirmation of your booking with the
complete address and telephone number of your accommodation. The balance
must be paid cash to the host/hostess upon your arrival. Should your
arrival time be delayed for any reason, kindly contact your host/hostess
directly. |
RATES
Rates are expressed in Euro and are daily prices (unless otherwise stated)
and include linen and towels (changed on a weekly basis); the use of
fully equipped kitchens (for apartment rentals); all utilities (electricity,
gas, heating water and air conditioning); taxes; initial and final cleaning
(for apartments) and daily cleaning for B&B;
complete continental breakfast (for B&B)
and essentials for breakfast for the apartments (coffee, tea, sugar,
...). |
CANCELLATION
Should you be forced to cancel
a reservation for any reason and at any moment after the booking confirmation,
the following is our cancellation policy, to be accepted at the reservation
time:

Our company reserves the right, after the booking confirmation, in the
case of force majeure resulting in the property being rendered unsuitable
for occupation, to substitute a property of similar/better standard
and sleeping capacity. We will contact you immediately and offer you
an equivalent/better alternative. If you decide not to accept it, or
if we are unable to find alternative solutions, we will refund the full
deposit. |
ARRIVALS
AND DEPARTURES
Kindly
we have to know in advance the time of your arrival for the check-in.
Check-in is generally after 1 pm (13:00). For early arrivals,
provided that you have contacted your host and that the accommodation
is available earlier, you may arrange early check-ins or leave your
luggage until the accommodation is ready. Please contact your host/hostess
a few days before your arrival to inform him/her of your estimated arrival
time.
Check-out is no later than 11 o’clock of the departure day. Late departures
may also be arranged in advance with your host/hostess if the apartment
is available. |
