The noble property belongs to the Prince Gabriele Alliata di Villafranca that wanted to keep the historical aspect of the place, paying attention to the restoration, interior design and exclusive furniture. The view over the volcano Etna and the closeness to the sea make this place enchanting.

Each apartment has a private flowered garden, with a table and two chairs. Sicily’s mild climate and the tranquillity of the place will allows guests to enjoy the stay during most of the year.

Inside the property a private shettered car park has been realised exclusively for the guests.

Each apartment is about 45 sq.m., composed of a double bedroom, a spacious lounge with opening to the garden and equipped with a small fitted kitchen, a bathroom with shower. A small loft lies over the lounge with two beds. One apartment can accommodate a maximum of 4 people.

IL GLICINE Taormina is easy to reach, by plane (airport of Catania "Fontanarossa" is 55 km away and the airport of Reggio Calabria is 75 km), by train (station of Taormina - Giardini Naxos is 5 km away), by car (Motorway Catania - Messina, exit at Giardini Naxos).

After you left the motorway, follow the signs to "Trappitello" (fraction of Taormina). When reached the small town (3 minutes) turn right in front of the only "Bar-Tabacchi" of the town and take direction "torrente di Santa Venere". Follow the road and 300 meters after the small bridge over the stream, on the left you'll find the property entrance.
