In the well-known area of San Vito Lo Capo, in the west Sicilian coast, in front of the sea on a delightful bay with deep blue waters surrounded by pine trees lies a small, white, and typically Mediterranean house.
IL GLICINE San Vito has an enviable position being located only 30 metres from the sea with very few buildings around it.
There is private access to the cliffs which ensures complete tranquillity and peace. The house is surrounded by pine trees mitigating the hot Sicilian summer.
The house is completely furnished, has 3 bedrooms (2 doubles and 1 twin) a large living-room with a sofa bed, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen and a large terrace with a beautiful view over the sea.
At the back of the house there is a small terrace which provides shade throughout certain hours of the day. Barbecue area is available to sample the local fish or sausages.
The house doesn't have a heating system. In case of winter stay, heaters and wood-burning stove will be provided.
The house accommodates 6 people maximum, only children older than 8 years are admitted.
No domestic animals admitted.
IL GLICINE San Vito is for two week rent or more. Guest will be provided with sheets and towels and at request the following

- Natural walks
Maximum discretion and calm are required, on respect of the neighbours.
PLACE TO VISIT:
- Only 15 minutes away from IL GLICINE San Vito there is the beautiful natural reservoir Lo Zingaro, full of lovely small beaches and popular walks in the middle of nature;
- The medieval small town of Erice with its narrow streets and flowered patios. It is located on a mountain at 36 km from San Vito Lo Capo;
- The weel-known Egadi islands (Favignana, Levanzo and Marettimo), where daily excursions are available;
- Trapani (34 km) is a city full of history and art and has interesting salt mines;
- The island of Mothya (60 km) with its ruins and archaeological museum;
- Segesta (50 km) with a very famous temple and Greek theatre;
- Marsala (70 km).

How to get there
San Vito Lo Capo, in the province of Trapani is 90 km away from the airport of Palermo - Punta Raisi (now called Falcone - Borsellino) and 50 km away from the airport of Trapani – Birgi. From the centre of Palermo there are buses available to San Vito Lo Capo. Although it is necessary to have own transport to get to IL GLICINE San Vito and to be able to visit the area during the journey.
Prices
Price, in Euro, vary according to the period as indicate in the table,
relates to the rent of the house for ONE WEEK (Saturday-Saturday), separately from the number of people.
An advance of 20% of the total amount should be paid at the reservation time. The balance will be paid at the arriving.
